1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 8k8 apk website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 8k8 apk Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2 Eligibility

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform for any reason.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 8k8 apk or any relevant regulatory authority.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 8k8 apk reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any eligibility requirement is not or is no longer satisfied.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 8k8 apk Platform, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. 8k8 apk will never ask for your password via chat, SMS, or email.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify 8k8 apk immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): As part of our compliance obligations, we may require you to submit identity verification documents, including a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8k8 apk Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• 8k8 apk reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting proof of identity, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• 8k8 apk does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 8k8 apk may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or other abusive strategies will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• 8k8 apk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, the decision of 8k8 apk shall be final and binding.

6 Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the 8k8 apk Platform:

• All games offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by 8k8 apk or any third party.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 8k8 apk reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical error may be voided.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. Once a wager has been confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and player account status. These limits are displayed within each game interface.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. Demo or free-play modes are available for most games to allow familiarization without financial risk.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8k8 apk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or system feature.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or fraudulent play.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 8k8 apk staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8k8 apk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 8k8 apk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 8k8 apk.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and may result in civil or criminal liability.

9 Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to 8k8 apk. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8k8 apk and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or interruptions in service.
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

In any event, the total aggregate liability of 8k8 apk to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination

8k8 apk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Determination that you no longer meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12 Responsible Gaming

8k8 apk is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care to our players seriously.

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 years and older. We conduct age verification during registration and reserve the right to request supporting documents at any time.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) serves as the primary regulatory authority overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14 Amendments

8k8 apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Display a prominent notice on the Platform informing registered users of the change.
• Where required by applicable law or regulation, notify registered users directly via their registered email address or mobile number.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
